Lots to learn before you even contemplate doing commercial drone purchase and flying.
1. Be sure you understand any local laws pertaining to drone flight in the area she serves... Might not be legal in many parts of the area... Such as airports etc.

2. A part 107 license is required and many of the rules are similar to flying a real aircraft.. Not an easy test..

3. Once she gets past these hurdles it is time to go find a drone... Many RC (drone) flyers fly at local clubs and can be very helpful to newcomers...

4. Even if you don't charge for the pictures and they are used in a commercial venture such as real estate you must have the Part 107 license.... If this has not discouraged you Best of luck...
