That international Foxtrot is slow but this BPM requires strong legs.

I do feel sorry for the majority of young people today as they just do not know the depth of feeling engendered by a slow musical number, sung by someone with an actual melodic voice (vs today's screamers). Romance in music seems to be a thing of the past. Just my observation, and I do pray I'm wrong. Thanks for the link.
This lady’s voice is magnificent! As good or better than some of the great lady jazz vocalists in the heyday of this genre.

Beautiful, Audrey!! Thanks for posting. Her voice is a bit reminiscent of Dinah Washington.
Definitely not a "rhumba".

There were many great singers back then. It was a golden age for music with feeling and emotion in the melody and the words.
That time is gone, unfortunately, but the sounds can still be found to enjoy. Thanks for sharing.
