Very good!

Why did my doctor nearly rip that mask off my face and tell me not to wear one?

Because my Blood Oxygen Content drops below 90% within two minutes of putting on a mask.

The risk of me passing out is quite high.

Because of this, I don't go out of the house, unless I absolutely have to do so (groceries and medical appointments).

My boss, bless his soul, has arranged for me to work from home, negating any need to go to the office to do my job.

You will also only see me out during low-traffic hours, keeping my distance from others, and covering my face, temporarily, if I get near anyone.

But, I will NOT be wearing a mask!

So, if you see me out and about, even though I will not be in a mask, I am NOT out to get you!

If I were, I would be far more likely to shoot you than infect you.

Isn't it reassuring that I would stick to my own area of expertise?

as you point out, there ARE exceptions to every situation. If you are unable to take care of yourself, you will be unable to take care of others.

I have an Excellent Cardiologist ( Heart ) Doctor, We have 3 main arteries in our Heart plus many smaller ones. Now I have been diagnosed to have 2 of those 3 Main Arteries completely Blocked (No Blood flow thru them), I take many Pills attempting to keep that 3rd Artery Opened and keep the Blood flowing. Now If I contract this Covid19 Virus (Which I believe is REAL) Must I tell you I will very possibly not be around to see the End of this terrible Virus. So, I am asking you who think it is a Joke,.... Think Again, you may be next, wear a Mask when in Public. I will be turning 70 years old in December 2020.

I think we understand your position. Sorry for what has happened to your life and career from cleaning agents. You seem to have a fairly reasonable outlook on things despite what you have experienced.

::chuckle::

Thanks.

Seriously, crap happens to everybody, at some point.

At least, my "condition" is merely an annoyance.

A young friend of mine (24 years old) has Muscular Dystrophy and wasn't expected to live this long.

Another, older friend has been dealing with Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy for over 20 years, now, and can barely move around her house.

Both are in constant pain, sometimes excruciatingly so.

I am damned lucky.

I only get short of breath once in a while.

Fortunately for me, neither playing a trombone nor making pictures with a camera are particularly aerobic.
