Last Fall my wife added four new perennials in the back of the Garden. She said they should grow tall enough to show from the back. The most mature has been blooming for a week and the bleepin' thing must be 8 feet tall. I can't even get to it to photograph it up there: Rudbeckia Maxima: http://www.missouribotanicalgarden.org/PlantFinder/PlantFinderDetails.aspx?kempercode=c864

I had to settle for an immature flower that was about 6 feet tall -- it's still growing.

And the Mandevillas are blooming nicely now.

Very nice! Just bought myself a macro lens - Nikkor 105mm 2.8D - still quite new to macro... Did you focus stack these shots? Would you mind sharing your settings? Thanx!

Not focus stacked. It was windy and cloudy so I set the ISO to 800. I used a 90mm lens on a FF camera -- tripod mounted. I had to wait for the wind to settle and each is shot at 1/160th sec with the lens at f/11.
