Those who have viewed my pictures under "nice lady next door" will find the model, and the poses here, very different. Lady next door was a gregarious extrovert, young, was having fun with a shoot and it showed. This model, my wife, is ten years older, an extreme introvert with a more classic modeling look, enjoys the shoots, but is less demonstrative about expressing it in the pictures. Still, I love her expressions. She has never modeled for anyone other than me, and would not, for money, or fame.
Who prefers the pictures of one over the other would be a very personal and subjective choice. I believe each has its own appeal.
Please criticize my photographic skills all you want, but go easy on the model, she is already complaining that I have too many, pictures of her.
Picture 4 was taken with the camera on a tripod, and timer, and includes me. We weren't ready for the picture, but I like the way it turned out. Yes, I'm very athletic. Picture 5 was not posed but caught her getting ready in the morning.
You are a very lucky man Reno. You are married to a very beautiful wife and model and also have another beautiful model next door!!
Don
Nice series. Tell your wife she looks wonderful and the camera captures her well, which is a rare thing. Really like the model, pose and lighting of #1, #3.

I like #1 and #3 best. Regarding #4, looks like some guy "muscled" his way into the picture.

I posted 4 against my better judgement.
Nice photos of a beautiful lady--the naturalness of the last one really stands out. Nice work!
Beautiful set of a beautiful model. I am also a fan of #1 & 5. Thanks for sharing them.

Would I your models and skill.
Thanks for sharing your great photos. Your wife is beautiful and the fifth photo is one of the best photos of a model that I have seen in a very long time. Well done!
Lovely model and photos, just be more careful how you crop.
Not sure how you lit the scene but it came out perfectly balanced with the fireplace and the expression is perfect so #1 is the winner for lighting and model.

Reno, these photos are excellent and your wife is beautiful. She could be a pro. Actually both of you could. Keep posting
Reno, I donβt see how anyone could criticize the model or the photography. Both are great.
I assume there will be more postings based on the #1 At the end of the title
