Ordinarily we visit Mirror Lake in the late summer to get away from the heat. This visit gave the path and common areas around Mirror Lake many photo ops we usually do not have during our visits. The presence of snow and water on the paths led to an adventurous hike, but the scenes were worth it. The early flowers are just emerging and the melt is still running into the lake.
