The D.A. in Atlanta just two weeks ago said that Georgia Law considers it a Lethal weapon two weeks ago, yesterday when he published the charges he called it a non-lethal weapon. My question is does D.A. really mean dumb ass.
Tasers used by the Police can shoot more than one shot, some can do 3, the ones used in Atlanta can fire two shots and can also be used as a contact Taser. There was one shot left in the taser and Rayshard turned, pointed the weapon at the officers head and pulled the trigger. This can be easily seen in the video. These two officers are being used as fall guys to keep the City from being burned to the ground.
