So here we are into our 3rd month of lockdown with our recently adopted Mexican rescue (from Tijuana,MX) pup that was supposed to be some kind of terrier mix. Turns out, not so. Now at 11 months she is 24" and 55+ lbs. Her name is Zoey and and she's a great dog but we have missed some formative time due to the corona virus to begin socializing here with other dogs and people. A good friend brought over some slightly used tennis balls and she went right to work/play with them. Take a look..................chase
Thanks for the ball, just what I needed

In retrospect we should have named her "Chewy"

she certainly HAS Terrier in her............she really does!
Looks like she really loves her toys. Much better than neglecting them.
My male is empathetic and wants that ball!
Thanks for sharing but it looks like Zoey doesn't share.

Thanks for takin' a look and your nice comments dancers, randave, UTMike and Bonnie. And the drama continues:
With the death of tennis ball #1 in only 15 minutes………
froggie says "I witnessed this blatant act of violence". Note
to froggie: ”the Portuguese podengos were bred to be
hunting dogs and the demon tennis ball will never
escape me. However a ceramic frog might just chip
my beautiful new adult teeth so consider yourself safe
for now”. A fair warning with fond regards from your friend Zoey

LOL I can certainly see why Zoey was thought to be a terrier mix, and she could very well be! She's still adorable, Chase, and I love this post!
