They have their own warranties, so they are probably grey market products.

Never heard of it but when in Boston and camera needs (real or imagined) arise I go to Bromfield Camera on (go figure) Bromfield Street, downtown, off Park Street. Across the street is the Bromfield Pen Shop with amazing fountain pens and supplies.

very knowledgeable and helpful staff.
And I quit using fountain pens about 50 years ago. I was always rough on items in my pocket and I have a lot of shirts with one large polka dot on the upper left.
