The exposure looks good but the composition looks a bit too far over to the left.
Really good detail in download.
Agree with R.G that she needs her tail.

As a documentary image of that moment of the cardinal on a feeder there is no criticism. Good focus, adequate exposure.
Pictorial bird images, however, are generally preferred to show the entire bird on a natural perch, rather than on a feeder. Since you are obviously tending a bird feeder, you could likely provide some nearby natural perches on which birds coming to feed or having just fed could perch and more realistically and naturally be pictured.

I believe this would be a wonderful shot if the tail were in the composition and the feeder was out of the composition. Very sharp, good color, nicely blurred background.
