A snake with a “Huffing” habit. Drugs are everywhere.

My worst nightmare. Snake in your car or snakes on a plane. Freaks me.

Is that why he's hiding in his bunker?

One of my grandma's raised eggs. She was constantly finding snakes in her chicken house. She would grab them by the tail and pop their head off. Mostly chicken snakes.

Great grand maw on the other side was pioneer type. She remember fighting the Kickapoo Indians when she was a kid. She was almost blind and in her 90's when I knew her. We drove up to visit she was out in her garden clearing weeds. I saw her grab a snake by the tail and pop it's head off. I looked at it and it was a poisonous copper head.

I just left them be unless they were causing a problem. I was taught if you kill it you have to eat it. I have eaten many a rattle snake.

I was always happy to see snakes around our house & barn because it meant that the chances of having mice were nil to nothing.

For several years we had two six and a half foot black rat snakes living in our barn...so, of course, we didn't have any mice or other snakes or varmints around. And they were docile enough that I have several photos of my wife holding them!

That has happened to me twice. I don't pump my gas at night anymore and I have a "snake stick" in the trunk now.

We were thankful one year when a snake moved in the camper on a deer lease. The thing was infested with mice and we were having a difficult time getting rid of them.

We went up opening day. No mice but plenty of sheds from the snake.

Problem solved snake and mice were gone.

We did check drawers and close places before reaching into them. We cleaned the thing up. Mice problems gone and the snakes left for good.
