I just received a promotional offer and was wondering if anyone has used it and their opinion? It has some new features, but is it worth upgrading from when NIK was owned by Google? Thanks

Not sure about the worthiness of the upgrade as to value, but the upgrade to DXO Elite was worth it to me.
I ran this photo from Antarctica thru the NIC software prior to finishing the tiff file in Affinity.

I just upgraded to NIK 3 yesterday and have not tried it yet. The main addition is a new plug in for perspective control. See this link for more info in addition to what you can find at DXO site:

Aren't you able to do this in Lightroom and other programs?

In addition to the new perspective control, the major new feature is that Nik 3 is nondestructive, offering to save files in multipage TIF format.

79.00 for an upgrade, plus there was a discount of 30% for a total of $55.30... What can I say, I'm a sucker for software...
Promo code was OPT-06-20S

Thanks. It started very hazy but the pre-sharpening features and the tweaking in DXO leaves me with a tiff file that I can import into Affinity in the develop persona. I end up with a much cleaner jpeg to work on in the adjustment persona.
Plus there are lot of new filters in the Nik collection to use. Overall, the upgrade cost was worth it.

If you use NIK a lot, the new non destructive feature is a real benefit as it allows you to go back and make adjustments without having to start all over again.
