PHOTOGRAPHICALLY speaking... I think the image would be much better with greater symmetry with regard to hand placement, squeeze pressure, etc.

What... is one breast jealous of the other? I am not sure what you mean by "tension."
I think symmetry would enhance the image regardless of the degree of squeeze.

The different designs on the nails, the piercings, the squishing of the breasts, the way they are pushed together, the apparent disproportionate size of the breasts, the dark space above the one finger, the different amount of the fingers on both hands that is shown, the different shape of the knuckles, the different texture in the nipples and that the nipples are not pointed in a similar position.
Not one of these characteristics is appealing. But taken together this creates tension for the mind when the eyes see it. This is full of tension that just screams at the viewer.

On a scale of 1 to 10 I would guess about 12.37. But seeing how both are pierced I must be wrong.

I like it. The sliver of ring visible on the model's right hand is a bit distracting, I'd prefer to see all or nothing, but it's a very interesting image. The manicure is a really outstanding feature of the word.
