I have an ET-7700 and find Ink consumption miserly. I also found that it clogs up under the print head and smudges or streaks prints - but You Tube is full of 'unofficial' ways to resolve this.

I cleaned mine as it's back as new. I got mine 2 years ago with an extra free ink set - and I think the printer will breakdown before I run out of ink.

I have no direct experience with the ET-2760.
See: https://www.costco.com/all-printers.html?refine=ads_fbrand_ntk_cs%253A%2522Epson%2522|&dept=All
I haven't tried to print pictures with it, so no experience there.
I have the Epson ET 4550 and I am very pleased with it.
I would definitely buy an Epson ET series printer again.
No breakdowns! Use ONLY Epson ink! Epson ink for your specific machine found on their website
is priced almost as cheap as the generic ink on Amazon and Epson provides free shipping.
Their ink is inexpensive and literally prints as many (thousands) pages as they claim.
The only maintenance that I have to do is to auto clean/align the heads every 1000 pages or so.
In case you missed it - Use ONLY their ink!

P.S.: No, I don't have any Epson stock
I just remember all of the cartridges that I have purchased and then had refilled at a huge cost.
I also remember cartridges prematurely failing or telling me to replace them when they were still 1/3 or more full.
I also remember receiving the "replace cartridge" warning on a brand new cartridge after printing one 8x10" pic.
Now I literally print thousands of pages before having to refill the tanks.
No, I will not miss cartridges!

While I loved the output of my Epson Artisan 800, the only way to get the high capacity ink cartridges was to but them as a set of 3 or 6. My daughter-in-law needed a printer for minimal use so I gave it to her. I replaced it with an ET-2760 and so far, so good. It takes up less space on my desk than the 800 and takes seconds longer to print photos, but the only real "con" is the LCD screen - it's TINY! The thing that I like the most, however (other than the limited use of ink), is that when printing documents, it prints them in order - last page first! Hope that this helped.

Use an Epson 8720. Good mileage on ink and great results on pics.

So far, the big tank printers in the USA have only black and three colors. That's not usually considered enough for highest quality photo printing.

I find the epson eco tank printers to be really cheap to run with sub.par slow business printing, and bad photographs, they also clog easily,, i use it in my store for receipts, and a Canon pro 100 and Canon 4100 for high end photography

I email my files to my local college graphics department. 13 x 19 prints, 0.57 per print, on a first class printer. Bigger than that they get expensive. No ink bother, no paper bother. No printer bother. Tp I've learned to adjust my color balance to get what I want.

I have an Epson 3750 purchased 2-1/2 years ago @ Costco. I'm still using the same ink cartridges That came with he printer. Still haven't used the second set that came with the printer. I have printed in color Several of Steve Perry's manuals that I purchased and many other PDF files. Totally satisfied with this printer. Got completely away from HP printers as they seem to find ways to keep from other mfg ink cartridges.
