Thank you Linda, You are correct they are gazelles not deer... I think when I used the magic wand it left the highlights behind and I did not notice till I had put the first one on the background but as I liked it I left it as it was.. I knew nothing about adjusting the range of color to be picked up by the wand..

I had taken the picture of a wooden deer and selected what I thought was correct and took it to a background I had made and then made a new layer of the deer and this was the result. Although it was not what I had hoped for I liked it and have kept it all these years..
