Yesterday I trimmed some bushes. Today I finished picking up the resulting 'trash' ... and this guy crawled out.

Our kitten would probably have munched on it if we allowed her outside, but I think the rest of us would 'pass'. Maybe a grackle or some such bird would find it more interesting.
