I bit the bullet and bought a new 104-key keyboard for my iMac. During a Zoom meeting, it dropped to the floor and landed on the edge by the space bar. I haven't been able to make the space bar work right since then. It's not easy attaching that piece of plastic, especially when the aluminum edge is bend slightly. I've used one of these before, so I know it's a good product. Actually, the one that fell was one identical to the one I ordered. At $49, it's a lot cheaper than the $120 Apple keyboard. I really don't like the small, wireless kbds.

Yes, there are reasons the Apple version costs more, but any device with keys can be damaged by being dropped.

I don't really like the small wireless one that came with my iMac so I replaced it with the Apple keyboard that is still wireless, larger and has the number pad. It has been excellent. I hope yours works out well for you and gives you good service.
