I had heard no flags this year. But I heard wrong. I've photographed this scene many times in years past but never before without at least a few people in the frame. Nikon D810 and a Tamron 15x30mm, f/2.8 lens.

Wonderful! The headstones in the back of the image appear to be almost draped, like patriotic bunting.

Beautiful photo and composition, saxman. The vantage point is interesting as looking straight ahead or at an angle you still see clearly defined rows. Very neat.
