Out of a dream.
Just finished the outline after pushing my brain to remember the dream.

An interesting thing about Dreams, Perhaps it is a blessing that we cannot remember them when we wake. That is usually the best part.

I discovered years ago to control my dreams. If you want to dream about fishing after you are layed down and settled in you close your eyes and think about fishing. Visualize what you want to dream about. Think about nothing but fishing. You will dream about fishing. It works for any subject. Give it a try for a couple weeks. You can get good at it once you learn to truly concentrate.
