Yes I do likewise only converting the RAW files for images the client has chosen...
I upgraded my work platform to a faster CPU and max RAM... This also makes a considerable difference the the DNG converter... Be certain to download the latest DNG version so it will support all the recent Canon Glass...
Once you start start shooting and processing in RAW you will likely understand why all commercial retouchers only use Photoshop and RAW... The potentials are vast... Also PS 5 has all the tools you need for high end retouching... and no pesky subscriptions... lol Enjoy the free ride GWBELL345...
