It's one AM and I'm about ready to crash, but will add this 1st for Challenge Free Sunday!

Found some nice Hibiscus shrub plants this past week so picked up two for our large pots by the dock area. (come Nov they come out and Christmas trees go in!) They are loaded with buds, but will need some of the upcoming heat for them to get covered with colorful blossoms. Also picked up some Gerbera Daisy's. Slowly getting some color going for Summer.

Pg 2- Beautifully done, Bob. I really like the images with the reflection of the clouds in the lake.

Sorry, the date kind of stuck in my mind. Hey it's Free Sunday no matter what year we're in.
Big thank you shouts to Rolk and Dane for the superb challenge subjects this past week. Loved all the memories shared by all.
You know the drill. Come one by with any leftovers you missed getting posted. For me I found some new stuff in the back yard again. Dee wanted to go buy some new caladiums to put in the pots out back, but the luckily she is a stickler for the shelter in place rule. Now we got some old ones returning.
Sorry, the date kind of stuck in my mind. Hey it'... (show quote)

Thanks once again, Larry, for another "Free Sunday." Great start and I especially love that blood lily.

Here are a couple new "transplants" at our house.

Like mild garlic and the leaves too are edible. I must confess that I made a huge error here. I was out in a maple sugar area just walking around and I found loads of these, so I collected a few but I was not prepared. To harvest these it is essential to take a trowel and wipe away the dirt to expose the bulb then take a knife and cut it at the bottom of the bulb so as to leave the roots there and they will reproduce. We are allowed to collect 50 per season, which I never do, usually collect about two - three dozen

Chuck has dubbed me the "Doctor Mengala of the plant world" so I'm envious when seeing flowers like this!

I love Gerbera daisys - it's a shame that they are so finicky and hard to keep blooming (at least for me!).

Great job he did, too! Looked him up-never saw one like that...Is he a blue winged Teal? Lovely bird, for sure!
