These are not spectacular photos, but I really like the little Western Tanagers. He is quite shy and was pretty far away. Canon 90D and Tamron 150-600g2.
Please don't apologize for these photos, Photolady2014. They are one of my favorite species and you captured this bird very nicely with pretty good separation between the subject and background. They are sharp and show nice environmental detail, which can be helpful and attractive in bird photography. Nice job. jak
Not sure what's not to like about those ... beautiful bird & they're sharp ... you're lucky to see them. Don't remember ever seeing one. Thanks for sharing.
These are gorgeous shots! What a beauty!
Dandy set of a beautiful bird!
Nice shots, really like that first one (well I like them all, but the first is really nice). I like the grey "framing" of the bark and the bright colors of the bird.
A beautiful set, great capture. Love the bokeh in your photos. Mahalo for sharing.
Great set. Like the backlit photo.

Wow! I will have to consider Tamron lenses from now on. Great job!
If photo #1 is not a spectacular photo, I can’t wait to see when you post one of your spectacular photos.😊
Thanks for sharing them.
