First I tried to isolate the subject against a blue sky. Used the PS Quick Selection tools to isolate the image then either kept the color photo or converted to B&W with NIK Silver Efex Pro. Finally placed the image over a black layer.
I downloaded a free trial of Topaz Mask AI. It had a too steep learning curve for me when quick selections does all in need so I deleted it.
