Cartoon 2...The v***s is thinking: "It ain't over till the fat President sings" is a colloquialism which is often used as a proverb. It means that one should not presume to know the outcome of an event that is still in progress.

I am simply having trouble comprehending how somebody is just able to effectively walk in off the street and
buy the US Presidency, no experience needed, no knowledge of job requirements needed , and a willingness
to actively stay as ignorant as a bag of cement seems to be considered a plus.
Don't forget the personal vendettas, by insults, firings, or threats, against any and all how don't show sufficient
sycophancy.

Obama had some experience, he was a senator, maybe limited but he had experience. Plus, and this is a big Plus, Obama is willing to learn, nobody except a second termer goes into the presidency really knowing what it's like.
The entity currently in the WH is is willfully ignorant, and proud of it, trouble he is so defective he doesn't even know that he doesn't know, he think he knows everything. Textbook Dunning-Kruger.
As he said campaigning, and this is paraphrasing, he regularly consults with the smartest person he knows, the bloke on the other side of the mirror. He should never have been allowed out in public.
