This is a pen I made about 17 months ago. The wood is curly maple, probably my favorite, and the hardware is 24k gold. One of my first photos playing with bokeh.

Greathobby. You are a great craftsmen.
Classy! Do you do fountain pens too?
Yes, actually the most anyone paid for one of my pens was on a fountain pen I made. I don't do this as a business, actually donating the largest majority of my pens to non-profits/charities. I also make wine bottle stoppers, bottle openers, bowls and spindles. In addition I do "standard" woodworking, I made my wife a custom vanity as a few years ago.
