Fuji makes a 2X converter that works well on the 100 to 400, and it is o.k. For the 80mm macro as well. I don’t know if it is compatible with any other Fuji lenses. It doesn’t mate with any of my other Fuji lenses, as far as I know. I’ve been a pentaxian since my stint in Vietnam(1968-1969) and still love their stuff, but recently got well into FUJI. You should like the x-T 3, imho... RJM

Please spare us the show and tell session. Wait until you get some photo's, then post them here along with a commentary on the pro's and con's on your new purchase. Then you will be helpful to all of us.
Good luck and keep on shooting until the end.

My friend has both and that’s a great combination. He also has the 2x tc and likes the combo although sometimes light is an issue with losing 2 stops. He mostly uses it without the tc and will likely get the 1.4 tc. Good purchase, enjoy!

You would do well to know that you don’t need to “Spare us ANYTHING” you have a right to do and be who you choose to be. But, you will find folks here, some FOLKS here are more kindly and tactful then OTHERS. Some, and billnikon is one of them, believe that they have special entitlement. You would do well to ignore those folks early on. Just put the bills in your ignore list, IMHO. Have a great day . You will love the FUJI STUFF!!...RJM

In first grade SHOW AND TELL was the thing. Then I grew up. You should try it.

You poor baby. That is awful that you are being forced against your will to read and comment on posts that you are not interested in. I hope that you will be rescued from this oppression in the near future so you will be free to bypass and ignore the posts that you don't care for.

To gary8803 and all other members.
In all communities you will find those who feel that their likes and dislikes take precedence over everyone else. As we have seen on more than one occasion the UHH community has members of that ilk. Just ignore them. Their self-centeredness is not worthy of concern or consideration.
Please continue to share your photography gear purchases and acquisitions.
