Hmmmmm................"fell" must be the new euphemism for "pushed". Autocracies really do not like to admit that they are not the perfect way to run a country. KGB may have changed their initials to FSB, but the mind set remained the same.

Our guy just fires them, or pushes them out of office, if they don't agree with his path or his words......right, wrong or indifferent, at least they live through it..... to share their story another day.
