Try to reenact the assault that she claims... pin to the wall and inserted his finger... that requires a third arm or to pin to the wall with a 50% offset as in dancing. So, her story does not jive. Further, the 1993 clothing was mid-calf skirts. She does not recall details of the filed complaint but does recall she was not wearing [panty?] hose/stockings.

I started with a neutral view, but with my background in machine design, I tried to envision mechanically how a man could maneuver the described accusation. How would he gain access to her personal parts with a mid-calf skirt and tight waistband... how and keep her pinned to the wall. Her cooperation and a 50% stance offset would have been required. Check out your arm, it does not rotate comfortably with the palm toward the woman, so the back of the hand with the knuckle would be possible because the arm and wrist would anatomically permit it.... still the mid-calf length skirt would cause problems or prevent the problematic accusation. Huey, get real with anatomy. Most men follow the childhood game "May I" ask permission first, or the woman may box your ears with her free hands. Cooperation by the woman eliminates the word assault. AND was it in an office with people around or arranged for after-hours ... many details missing, but if asked the story would evaporate, Perhaps!
