And this is how happy I am to start the project behind me - a counter corner I haven't seen in years. Managed to get it done yesterday. Seemed to take forever. And I didn't run out of gas till it was finished.

That reminds me .... besides saving money on shaving products, my Highlander is getting over 4 weeks to the gallon these days😎🔨⏱

Probably because they made you wait so long - gallbladder surgery is NOT an elective procedure!

Lovely! I'll only get one or two blossoms on my plants (maybe!) because the deer attach them every winter and they never get a chance to grow!

During this time we are in. I believe everything is elective unless life/death situation. The doctors didn't want me in the hospital the last couple months. I think I hit rock bottom the last 2 weeks!! At least it is out now hope to start felling better soon.

Last summer I did a photoshoot for a friend who was submitting a dress that she had made to a sewing magazine. Here are the results plus a few images that weren't used. The pictures on the right hand page were done by a staff photographer.

Those steaks look great! I just grilled some steaks the other day for my first grilling too! Sorry to hear you're not feeling well and glad to hear you are doing better.

Two days after May Day and it’s Free Sunday again. Thanks for the challenges last week, Photogirl17. I enjoyed all the posts everyone participated with. There were some spectacular ones from some very talented folks out there, and you know who you are.
Free Sunday has no particular subject matter to those who have joined us on this particular thread of the Ugly Hedge Hog forum. And since the last challenge was a no host just post I’ll go ahead and start this now. I saw some shots of travels around the US so though I would start this with some from travel almost a year ago that included Memorial Day weekend with our grand daughter at Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA.
Two days after May Day and it’s Free Sunday again.... (show quote)

I recently heard about whipped coffee. So I had to give it a try. It reminds me of a frappe. The one I just made at home is better than some frappes that I have had in coffee shops.
