So...looks like this was well worth the wait. Glad it worked out for you.

The sale was delayed several times due to the virus problem but it was with the wait.

You did very well! It takes most people years to accumulate this kind of gear set. And they spend a lot more money doing it.

I managed to get this D810 with grip and two batteries along with these three lenses today, all for $1570.00 including tax.

I am one happy person. I picked these up at an estate sale today.

I hope you were your mask when you committed this robbery!šŸ¤£šŸ¤£

FANTASTIC DEAL !

Considering the Body alone is probably worth around a grand, Paying $570 for the lenses extra battery & grip is great. You did good. Even if its "grey market" who cares.

Great deal. You did well. And, an estate sale isn't likely to draw too many true photo buyers. With this set up, you only have to consider if you want a 200-500 Nikon for the telephoto nature/bird/insect pictures beyond the range of your 3 lenses. These should serve you well for many years to come.
Congrats!

I do have a Nikon 2xIII teleconverter and I also have a Tamron 150-600mm lens and a Tamron 24-70 F2.8 lens along with a D500.

You do know that more people have died from the flu than this over hyped virus. The political machinations are disgraceful.

Damn, damn, damn. I definitely need to start checking out some estate sales. That is more than a good price, it is unbelievable. Good for you. I have the D810 the 105 Macro and the 70-200mm 2.8. You really made an awesome find. Enjoy grandpaw. Post some shots with your new finds. Thanks

Tom
