You might try deleting your cookies. I have had some problems on my laptop on particular sites but it doesn't happen on my wife's computer. When I delete the cookies then the problem disappeared.
Hope this does the trick.

Thanks, I don't delete cookies they are helpful. But I'll give it a try. Thanks again.

What browser are you using?
With Firefox one can selectively remove them.
I do it all the time when I forget to open a "non-normal" site in a private window.

It would be interesting to mouse over (BUT NOT CLICK ON) the "Learn More" and see to what location it wants to go.....

I'm still using Internet Explorer with Google and windows 7. I've had little or no trouble with it since I got it about ten years ago. I try what you suggested.

I cleaned the cookies off and it still gives me that error message. It only stays for about thrity seconds and then whatever I want to watch comes back for a while and then it comes on again, over and over.

Win 7 should be fine. My two boxes are running Win 7.

It may be site dependent??? Site server too busy?
I've never seen it.

I did like you suggested and moused over it, my cursor changed to 'I' and that was it. So I clicked on 'More Information,' and got ... a whole lot of nothing.

I got a message that insisted I hadn't added an attachment so there it is a double header, still a whole lot of nothing. I tried going to that playback number and Google got confused and told me how many coronavirus we have in the US.

If I wait thirty seconds it will play what I want it to but then after a bit it goes back to this. A pain in the kister

That has to be the problem to many people shut in and deciding to watch the same thing I am. I've checked out everything else I can think of: nothing wrong with my system or you tube so by elemenation that must be the problem. Only one way to fix it .... OK, everyone off youtube and back to work give it back to the retired seniors who need a break from the stress of doing nothing.

Thanks, Longfellow for staying with me
