Cool photo. They appear to all be the same bike. Do you know what it is? In Austin, TX.?

Thanks, Leo. Yes, it's in Austin. I suspect it's a commercial-bike-tour type thing with the standing guy being the guide.
look like a bunch of bad asses.

...it's a gang. Haha...they congregate out here quite a bit. Pretty funny when they get around a Harley...like remoras...they are around 125cc and it looks like a hoot!
I use to ride a Harley. those days are gone forever. I even met Sonny Barger we rode the same bike.

Definitely not Bandidos material.

It's a motor scooter club?

Possibly, but my gut feeling is that it's a commercial venture. If it were a club, I'd expect more variety in the scooters.

Like I said before, they travel together here in SoCal in packs...I dunno if they're officially "clubs" but there is obviously some communication between them, if anything just to group up at the same place at the same time to blast off. AFA the machines, I've checked 'em out fairly closely and there seems to be a variety in brands, but the *design* is very similar...uh, kinda like normal sized motorcycles? Motors are small, I recall asking and a kid told me 125cc (I mean, that's pretty dang big compared to my Honda 50 days, lol) but they buzz around pretty quickly. I don't think it's any "commercial" venture. <shrug> I think they're out having fun.
