Need to know the type of lily this is and where it is originally from. I have attached three photos and I am sure there is a UHH member out there that will know what I have photographed. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Might be a spider lily. I got a photo of one very similar a while back and that's what it was.

The flowers look something like the Crinum Lily that grows around SW FL

Can't be spider lilies. Spiders have 8 legs. Other insects have 6, like the photo.
Must be bug lilies.

"Spider lily" - from Amaryllidaceae, the Amaryllis family. There are 4 genera and a bunch of species. Yours looks like it might be Hymenocallis caribaea, native to the Caribbean. Common names - "Caribbean spider-lily" or "Variegated spider-lily."

I bought a similar plant last year and have them growing in my pond - loved the flowers! Mine will bloom again in late Spring.
My plant was labeled as "Texas Water Lily", and the scientific name for that species is Hymenocallis liriosme.
It is native to Texas as well as a few other southeastern states: www.wildflower.org/plants/result.php?id_plant=HYLI . They look very similar to the Hymenocallis caribaea.
Since you live in Texas my guess is it probably is a Texas water lily...
