How can I connect my Samsung Galaxy Tab s4 to my computer to use it as a graphics tablet with LR Classic CC and PS

I have this tablet, which comes with a stylus. Rather than purchase a Wacom I would like to hook to S4 up to my computer to use it as a graphics tablet. I want to be able to draw on a photo that is on my monitor. The tablet has a USB 3 connector.

I doubt it, since the tablet is not an I/O device, and even then, it would be very limited. But if someone has developed an ap that anyone knows of please post
