Don't forget the other two conspiracy theories: 1) The CIA developed the v***s and took it to W***n; and 2) it originated in bats and jumped species, perhaps with a bit of manipulation.
The point is we really don't know the t***h yet... other than yes, the Chinese did not come clean with information; and yes, Trump was slow in his response and could have saved thousands of lives had he acted sooner (i.e., during Feb and early Mar).
