My photo buddies and I are a little stir-crazy like most everyone else. I started photographing myself with all of the different hats I have for props. This photo channels my Norwegian fur trade roots. Have fun be safe.
A very well done self portrait!

Great shot. Would โpreciste a description of your lighting set-up. And who was your pose coach? ๐๐๐
That is not what I thought a Wart Hog pilot looks like.

Dean, I used a small 2 foot sq. softbox with grid hung from the ceiling and pointed at a 45 degree angle towards a curved reflector. The camera-was 3-1/2 feet away from me , with a 35 mm lens on a fullframe Pentax K-1. This gave me lots of room to crop and the perspective was not too bad. The lens was an old manual lens where I could set the distance focus. The backdrop was approximately 3 feet behind me.

Mike, I think I am too tall and too scared to pilot one of those assume machines. The A10 comes from my biker days riding an English "chopper" of that model. Thanks for looking.
You can put a feather in your cap for this fine portrait!
(Oh, wait - I see you already did.)
