Getting pretty tired of repeating this. We are under a National Emergency that the President has declared. Under the National Emergency Act of 1976, the president has the total authority to call a National Emergency over the States and he has the power to call it off.
If you disagree look it up. And please tell us who else would have this power? The governors, mayors, Nancy Pelosi?
And don't take it out of context. This was in reference to the C****av***s P******c.
Well if you can submit the Constitutional evidence that Trump does have total power on this then maybe there can be some debate on it. From what I understand, Trump does not have the Constitutional power over the States on this issue. But its ironic how Left Libs were complaining that Trump refused to call a national emergency to close down the economy in all 50 states. Now somehow they are against this type of total authority. LOL
But the way, I am a Trump supporter and will be v****g for him again this e******n.
