June 2010, I was in the cafe Central in Vienna. It was here that Lenin,Trotsky,and Marx met to plot the Russian Revolution.
The Cafe was a meeting place for all the "thinkers" of the time.
Name escapes me , but, author of Bambi was Austrian,and a regular at the Cafe!!

Like all revolutions there was no plot.
A revolution is a popular grass root reaction. An event or series of events triggers a revolt then a few folks take opportunistic advantage of it and declare: 'It was our doing'.
When it is a putsch or coup d'etat, there is a plot, a deliberate attempt to remove an existing government or person.
