"Midsomer Murders" is a very popular TV show in England, and it's also available here on Acorn TV. The daughter's name is Cully. I get a daily email with a word-of-the-day. Today's word is "cully," meaning friend. "She's not only my daughter, she's my friend."

It's also available in Towson MD at our local library or on Fr. nights on PBS. My wife and both love Last of the Summer wine too.

Yes, we have enjoyed that and also Brokenwood, similar series set in New Zealand. Thanks to one of you here for suggesting it.

Yes. I'm waiting for a new season of Brokenwood to appear. I watched the first season of Broadchurch, but when I began the second season, it was even gloomier than the first season, so I stopped watching.

Acorn, and some other streaming services, are free, through my local library. Go to your library's website and look for online resources, and you'll probably find the same, and also ebooks, audio books, and more. Oh, support your local library!

I've watched all of Foyle but none of Bosch.

Our library has Kanopy, which offers movies, but not Acorn.
