I'm not sure of the local demands where you live, but there is no lockdown where I do. I'm free to go out and enjoy myself. It's not like I'm in prison.

Ditto, even though we are on a quarantine here if FL, we go out on drives and take in many wildlife reserves and the like....we just don't/won't associate with others until this is over or its safer, except for grocery shopping.Apr 12, 2020 09:52:11 #

The US now has the largest number of cases of Covid-19, I believe. Everybody should be locking themselves down! Nobody is free to go out and enjoy themselves. It is, in fact, probably as lot like being in prison - you just have to be creative - and considerate of others.

I’m in west Texas, so I’m not a prisoner either, but just to my west, New Mexico has gone full-on Big Brother and is tracking people’s movements with GPS as an intimidation tactic to bully the folks in the wide open areas that might dare to go out and DO something.

That is what we were told in school - like the Indian Code Talkers in WW II.
The reason was Gary Francis Powers let himself get taken prisoner a couple years before and the MPs were ordered to not let that happen to us.
