Good morning!
I'm looking for a reliable thumb drive on which to store photos. I would appreciate your recommendations.
Different ones for direct use with
*computer
*iphone10
*Caonon Rebel T5
If there exists a USB stick (thumb drive) that will plug into a phone or camera, please let me know!

Very true because they all have different connectors.
However they are all USB compatible with the appropriate dongle. LOL. 😂
Heck I still have to buy USB-C devices that will will plug into my 2013 MBP. Apple is waiting for USB-C to become common so Apple can yet again change the ports to something else and sell more dongles. I think Apple’s profit comes primarily from selling dongles.
Bhad - SanDisk is a good reliable brand.
Thank you. Will purchase a Sandisk thumb drive.
I'm looking for a way to download photos from my camera directly to my iPhone.

Photostick does not work. It is a scam. I found out the hard way.

I don’t know about camera to phone, but you can get an SD card reader dongle. I have both Lightning and USB-C.
What is a specific Lightening and SD dongle?
Please provide details for this amateur photographer on a specific one I can order. I am confused when I search them on Amazon. I appreciate all the great tips I've received on the forum.

Maybe a stupid question... oh yes, there are no stupid questions, here goes:
Why would one buy a 4GB thumb drive when one can get a 32Gb one for only a few dollars more?

Sandisk makes a thumb drive that is a usb connector on one end and an android or apple phone connector on the other. Not a huge storage capacity but can move photos from phone and computer back and forth easily

Use either I-Tunes to back up your iPhone or what I use... "IExplorer",
https://macroplant.com/iexploreriExplorer is the ultimate iPhone manager. It transfers music, messages, photos, files and everything else from any iPhone, iPod, iPad or iTunes backup to any Mac or PC computer. It's lightweight, quick to install, free to try, and up to 70x faster and more resource efficient than the competition.
Hi! I just learned there is a WiFi SD Card to transfer photos from camera to computer.
Would this work to transfer to a cell phone?
Would like to know more about this.
Thanks.

Even if it does it’s a slow process. It’s really made for transferring photos one at a time while shooting. What camera are you using? Anything in the last 5 years probably has built in WiFi and/or Bluetooth.

The title fooled me, too. What the OP wants is a USB "stick" to store "photos," so he made up that term.
