Hi Everyone,
I hope this day finds you all safe and not too stir crazy yet
It was a gorgeous day Sunday and I haven't had my camera outside in ages to practice on the dogs so here are a few from our day. Caiden loves his Frisbee's more than anything, but with his arthritis in his hips and now being diagnosed with Muscle Atrophy, he's slowing down quite a bit and getting very unsteady in the back end. He took a lot of breaks, but enjoyed the short period of time he played outside getting his Frisbee. Karma and Penny are my backyard explorers and are perfectly content enjoying the sunshine and sniffing the ground. It was a really good outing in the yard

I envy you! they are beautiful.
It looks like a great time was enjoyed by all, Debbie, and all my very best to your beautiful Caiden! Always hoping for new meds or treatment for our precious ones.
Lovely dogs Debbie.. Is Karma an Aussie? He is so much like Blue I can see how he gets mistaken for one...

Many thanks Donna. Caiden has been on pain meds since he was little for arthritis in his hips. The muscle atrophy was diagnosed about 6 months ago when he seemed to be in much more pain in his back end. We've started him on another pain med (so two now) along with cosequin (he's been on that since a pup too). He's had his share of issues over the years, but it breaks my heart when he thinks he's still young and tries to jump over Karma, which doesn't work too well anymore. It just stinks someday's but we just keep going and try to keep him happy.

Karma and Caiden are both Aussies, stick a tail on Karma and she and Blue could be related. I think that was why when we first started talking I thought Blue was an Aussie, they do look very familiar, but there are so many different colors on BC's too, we forget sometimes. Your Blue is a gorgeous fellow as are so many of the other dogs on here. I just love to see all of the photos from everyone and can't wait to see more of Blue

Thanks so much Sensorloupe, greatly appreciate your kind words. It does break my heart that Caiden can't get out there and do what he loves more than life, going after that Frisbee! This is a dog that would run until he would practically drop over chasing that darn thing as it soared thru the air, I would have to literally stop the game just to get him to rest. No more of that
, things are done at a much slower pace, but when things are finally back to normal, I hope I can get him back into Rally classes. He loves doing that too, and I'm trying to keep him active doing the things that make him happy while he can. It's all good, we'll make the best of what time we do have together ♥ ♥

Thank you so much Bonnie, truly appreciate it. They are all my bright rays of Sunshine, Caiden's registered name is: Brite Rays of Sunshine, (he's from Sunshine Aussies) how weird is that
