If you like the quote do business with them period, end of sentence.

I sold a lens and body to them and also purchased a lens separately. Sell prices were a little lower than I had hoped for but you must expect that of a reseller. Lens purchase was reasonably priced and was exactly as described. I will do business with them again. I haven't heard of any complaints about them. Not surprised all their reviews are good ones.

I have done business with them and have had nothing but very very good service and honest intent. I would highly recommend them to anybody who was selling / buying gear.
Also check Roberts Camera in Indianapolis. Their used equipment site is usedphotopro.com
I have purchased many items from them that have always been better condition than advertised.
Most items have 180 warranty also. You can get 5% off with the promo code - take5
I'm in the process of selling a camera and lens to them. I tried first on eBay but the only offers that I got were scams so I decided to sell to them. What they offered was about half of what eBay prices were for the same kit. They have had my camera for about ten days and I'm still waiting for a check. They say that because of the virus their operations are slow

This is probably legit. When eq. comes in, it is checked out to make sure it is actually in the stated condition.
This requires people to be at their site.
With the virus, they are most likely understaffed.
If you are concerned, cancel the sale and request that your gear be sent back.

I’ve had three experiences with MPB, all selling, no buying although their prices when I’ve just being curious or researching are reasonable. As for my selling, in all three, they offered more by a decent margin than the others I checked including KEH, B & H, and Adorama. Recalling from memory, I probably received 65% of their asking price once posted, maybe slightly less. Service was fast, within about a week of my shipping to them via prepaid label. The lack of hassle and pain made up IMHO for what I might have gotten on Craigslist or EBay. Don’t forget, eBay takes a selling commission. Do a search here on UHH and you’ll find plenty of relatively recent postings. The subject of reselling comes up often with pretty consistent results.
I traded in my Canon 5D mk iii for a Mk iv in January and was completely satisfied with the service. I would use them again.

I have done quite a bit of business with them. Up front outfit, quick response, pay what they offer for products/products offered for sale are conservately rated, offer warranties, check or direct, all in all I have been as pleased with them as I have been with KEH and UsedPhotPro(Roberts). They are UK based with a main office in New York. Have bought Nikon body and several lenses, have sold several Nikon bodies and lenses to them. I will continue to use them. I'm a verifiable customer, and pleased with their business.
Hope that helps.

My experience with them has been A+, both buying and selling.

When I dealt with them over a month ago my lens was checked out and the deal approved within an hour of them receiving it. I can imagine that not only are they short staffed but for safety’s sake they probably need to let the packages sit for 72 hours before dealing with them.
I did business with them very professional and the price they offered and pay was better than any other site like Adorama , Bh, etc.
Return time is quick but they are reputable and fair. Buying is easy as is trading in. Prices are good both ways.
Have fun!
