Beautiful photo Dr. Nikon. Princeville? Mosquitos? We've never noticed them in Poipu.

Even if they all bit you, it was worth it (to me anyway) for that shot. Beautiful!! Whatever is radiating from the setting sun really caught my attention.

I stay at theGrand Hyatt in Poipu .., the know me and my Camera equip ...all these years ...no mosquitoes ..I drive all the way to the St Regis for the Sunsets ..this time I stayed in a cliff side villa next to the St Regis for 2 days before returning to the Grand Hyatt Poipu ..

Good to know about the mosquitos. We own at the Waiohai, and rarely go to Princeville. Can't wait for things to get back to normal so we can go back to Poipu.

Excellent photo Dr. Nikon. Hawaiian sunsets are some of the most beautiful in the world. Love the way you framed the photo on the left and bottom. The starburst is exquisite. Mahalo for sharing.
