I just finished watching Steve Perry's latest video showing one of the best demonstrations I've seen on the differences between RAW and JPEG images, and why HE prefers to shoot RAW. He finishes with a short tutorial on how to set up a Nikon camera and a Sony camera to shoot RAW. Here are the links:

Steve is a good down to earth teacher. I always relate to his teaching well. I got his email on this topic and thought "what more do I need to know". Since there is a lot of free time currently I watched it and enjoyed every minute.

Yes it is. Steve is a great guy for sharing, and taking the time and energy to produce these gems. He's on my "Photo Hero" list!!!
