Loc: The Gopher State, south end
Today we had 50+ degree temperatures and sunshine in the same day. First for this since last October.
That means get out of the house. Several other folks felt the same way, the park was not crowded but busy with bicyclists and hikers. Sakath State Trail runs through the park.
Not much to take pictures of, it's kind of an in-between season, not winter and not spring, there's still a lot of ice on the lake. I did catch a garter snake out sunning, but couldn't get the camera on him in time. Two Fox squirrels were playing hide and seek with me, I got a picture of one. They are about the cutest little critters.
The only green was the moss growing on everything. Plenty of clear rain water run off, it's been raining a lot and will continue for another week, so the weather guessers say.
But, it was a day out and a fore taste of days to come. In Minnesota.
You had a productive walk.
