Thought this bit of info would help others

Digital Photo school

A basic definition of depth of field is: the zone of acceptable sharpness within a photo that will appear in focus. In every picture there is a certain area of your image in front of, and behind the subject that will appear in focus.

Oh, I just remembered my copy of an old aerial photo taken just after the building was completed. The tuition block is on the left (under the clock tower), dormitories, common rooms and some staff apartments occupy the long side, and opposite the clock tower are the gym and the dining room and kitchen. It is obvious that the place was in the boonies when built.
