We all look at things the same, but see different things. I cannot tell very much from the selfie, if in fact it is a selfie. However, the main point of most comments seem similar:
Respect others individuality
Respect the place in our Society that we each have that contributes to the well-being of us all.
Maybe we can shorten that to:
Respect each other, or mabe just:
Have respect.

To be more succinct, MLLHR. Often used by bikers. Btw Crissy, you are the best looking trucker I’ve ever seen. Stay safe out there.

Thanks for doing an essential job. BUT, it looks like a selfie taken while moving, and her eyes are not on the road! She also admits to driving till she can't see straight. Hero? No way. Hazardous driver? You-betcha!

Oh boy, here we go with a trucker hater. After 45 years of trucking all over the lower 48 I have seen many dumber things committed by 4 wheel driving morons, than what this lady trucker was supposedly doing. I have seen women putting on makeup with the rear view mirror focused on their face, texting, parents leaning over the back seat disciplining a child, talking on the phone, men receiving oral sex, the worst of all is when and idiot in a 4 wheeler pulls in front of me and slams on the brakes, which has happened to me numerous times. (LA, Houston, Philly and NJ are the worst) It's somewhat difficult to stop 80,000 of big rig on a dime, and I could go on, and on.

The most hazardous drivers on the roads today are you idiots driving Beamers, Fords, Chevy's Caddys, and 4X4,s that speed up to prevent a trucker from changing lanes, cut him/her off, speed up when we are trying to pass when you clowns are moving at grandma speed, changing lanes and trying to exit at an off ramp. Believe me my lil good buddy, I have seen it all.

Ya wanna talk about 'hazardous' drivers, it's you fools in 4 wheeler's. U Betcha. My sincere apologies to admin for my passionate response to this poster, but I'm sick and tired of the trucker haters.

Always remember, if you got it a truck brought it~

I respect Truckers greatly. I have defended the one who became the subject of these comments from so many. It is clear you are well-intentioned. However, it would seem you may be stereotyping a bit yourself Only a few truckers and a few drivers of Fords, Chevy’s, Dodges, whatever are menaces on the road. I have seen everything of which you speak. However, percentage wise I do not believe any group to be significantly worse than another. That is, of course, except for those NJ and Philly drivers. We all know they’re bad! (Just kidding)

Actually, I got it. I just felt that point detracted and should be clarified. I did not mean to offend as I agreed with most of what you said

Jake, please re-read my first sentence. Trucking is an essential part of our commerce. I'm not a truck hater (or a trucker hater). Thanks to all that do it. It's just, as you know, important to be safe while hauling however many tons worth of rig you are driving. My point wasn't that truckers are bad, it's just that this one (in my opinion) was taking some unsafe chances. Deflection to others that are worse is not an appropriate argument.

It's very hard to please everyone, but very easy to upset someone.

Most companies today have cameras in the trucks, one watching forward and one watching the driver. Going by the angle I would say the picture was taken by the camera mounted in the truck, which many of them can be controlled with a remote. Also after 45 years and over 5 million miles driving my big rig around the country there are many many bad drivers, both 4 wheeler and truck drivers. I find more fault with the truck driver because they are supposed to be the professional.

OK, I am biased towards Ms Crissy Becker and the rest of the truck drivers because my grandson is also a truck driver. And he's darn proud of it.

Please give Nick a special shout out and I'll relay the message when I see him. He is trying to stay away from us as he doesn't want to infect his grandparents in case he catches the virus.

Remember, if they stop, the world stops.

Thanks.

MLLHR to Nick and the others out there delivering goods by truck. They are a special breed. A good friend of mine was a trucker for many years and some of the stories he told were interesting to say the least.

As I have said the crisis starts when the trucks stop. Prayers every day for these men and women.
