Considering replacing my Leica V-Lux 4 with one of these id’ed above. The material I have seen on the newer Leica, V-Lux 5, was not very positive. My research on the three mentioned makes deciding difficult.

Interested in opinions from Hoggers who have hands-on experience with one or more of these. Please, no conjecture. Tia. 😎

Anything regarding X-T4 would be conjecture. It's not available yet.

No conjecture? How long have you been here? That question invites nothing but conjecture.

Internet is full of refs on the XT4. Didn’t read anything that says it is not available.

Hands-on experience is opinion, not conjecture.

Those are pre-production models.

And I would conjecture that they’re 3 completely different cameras and choice would depend on what you want from them. With the Sony you get a 1” sensor with a good zoom range. The Nikon is only a 1/2.3” sensor but the zoom range is incredible and it still takes great images. The Fuji is an APS-C MILC and the range is gonna depend on what lens you put on it. The best range you’ll get will be with the 18-135, (27-202.5 equivalent). It’s the most expensive option but also the most flexible because you can add more lenses.

Duplicate entry.
So since this space is already wasted, if you’re looking for a bridge camera have you checked out Panasonic?
😜🤪

From my personal experience, go with the Fujifilm X-T4, which is an incredible imaging system. I have the X-T30 which is the same sensor and similar electronics, but only 1 card slot. Consider the 10-24, 18-135 and the 55-200, which gets you the APC Holy Trinity. In a compact body.

That Nikon P950 is a beast.

Thanks much - will weigh your advice. One of the negatives I read on the fuji was cranky menus. I was turned off by cranky menus with the Oly E-M1/II, an otherwise fine piece of equip. I like the menu sys on my Canon bodies.
