Good Substitute for Sports

Since I can't shoot my high school sports now, I thought I'd get some of these. It's a lot different and I wanted to see how my Z6 would do with landscape photography. I used a Sigma 135 Art lens. I left the dead blooms at the top and worked my way down with the composition to the newest blooms. I represent the old blooms and my grandkids the 3 newest ones. It's a lot sharper than the one that UHH downloads.

Forgot to mention: I left that leaf blade on the left intentionally to frame the 4 new blooms. Look at it again and try to imagine it with the blade taken out---it changes the whole composition and makes a "hole" in the image on the left side.

Thanks, Bob. I appreciate your compliment. Using the Z6 outdoors is like learning to shoot all over again. It seems like it, but it's probably just my anxiety. It's nothing but a sensor and since I shoot manually and raw, it ought to be a piece of cake. That dad gum 135mm Sigma Art lens is so heavy though, the camera wants to nose dive into the ground in my hand. I'm going to have to try my 85mm Z lens next to lighten the load.

Tom, I, somewhat, recently purchased a Zeiss 40mm f/4 Distagon for use with my Hasselblad. That lens weighs approximately 5 pounds. It is difficult to handhold that along the 500c/cm body and a digital sensor clamped on the back of the body. Exercise is a must to stay in shape to use these lenses we do.

Wow, Bob. That's like holding a 5-lb sack of sugar out in front of you. I suppose you have a beefed up tripod for this rig?
